Had a great time at Quail Ridge today! My kids adored the children’s area, which was larger than I expected and wonderfully curated. I wish I lived closer and was able to visit more often, but I have now found a new favorite place to stop in when I’m Raleigh. I especially loved the “tribute to authors” walls in the restrooms! My only regret is that I wasn’t able to spend more time exploring.

First time here and I absolutely love the vibe. And, it’s another dog friendly spot in Raleigh! Such a cozy atmosphere, great selection of books for a smaller bookstore (in comparison to Barnes and Noble). Knowledgeable and friendly staff, and they have a good blind date with a book selection. AND they even have a little horror section for my little demented reading preference!

Quail Ridge Books is a local, independent bookshop with an excellently curated selection of books, friendly staff, and events. The shop also sells cards, bookmarks, shirts, magazines, and art. The staff are so kind and helpful. The shop itself is so charming and well decorated. I highly recommend this place! It is also worth checking out if you are looking for some great book related events like author signings and book clubs.

Been buying books from Quail Ridge all my life. My mom use to bring me to their old location. The new space is very uplifting and classy. It’s cool enough to hang out casually and read, yet classy and beautiful for a special event or reading. With options for everyone I could easily lose a whole day in here. Thank God they don’t have a cafe I would never leave. I was offered gift wrapping! Moving forward everyone is getting gifted books since I can buy the gift and get it wrapped in one place yay! Can’t wait to visit again. High quality establishment. Wonderful and helpful staff.

Such a sweet & cozy bookstore. We always heard about it from our friends, finally we come to visit. So much love put in this bookstore, very well organized and set up. I really love the tree 🌳 in the kids area, brings a hint of fairytale magic to this place. …

A fantastical book store. I was under the impression it was a used book store, but I was still pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and collection. The staff are incredibly nice and were more than happy to wrap books I had bought as Christmas gifts. Apparently, they do wrapping for all occasions! Some sections left much to be desired, but there's likely a way to order books to the store. 5 stars for the atmosphere, really.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really loved the angel tree for books- great concept! Kids section is cute but very far from comprehensive. Seems like it is the ideal place to order online and then pick up, as selection in store seems limited. Elevated quiet bookstore vibe.

Adorable bookstore! The children's section is a must-see! Good selections and attentive staff. I loved the "blind date with a book" idea, so clever!! Will be back!
